Things to know before placing an order .

Please take a moment to read the information listed below on  processing time and shipping, work hours, and International orders. Some of this information is noted through out the website, but I have added this page to make it easier to find .  It is important that you understand this information before hand, so that there will  not be any confusion, misunderstandings, or dissapointments with your order .   

 Work Hours

 I run my business part time out of my home Monday Thru Friday and work mainly in the evenings. Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday or placed on Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until Monday . 

 Product Processing Time.

ALL PRODUCTS AND GIFTS ARE HANDMADE AND MADE TO ORDER

Many may think that when placing an  order items are kept in stock and ready to be shipped out the day of their order and since they are paying  for Priority mail they should receive it within 2 days of ordering . I wish this were the case, but I hand make all my products and they are made to order so they arrive at your home freshly made. I do not mass produce or have a stock of  premade items on shelves. I also do not have a  team of workers or machines helping make, or package orders,so it takes 2-3 days  to process and make your order from the time of payment and always in the order that it is  received. Sometimes the processing time will not take as long pending quantities ordered . Yes, everything is done by yours truely, painted, glued, sewn, mixed, melted, scented and boxed! This is just for now but one day soon though ..fingers crossed ! 

Shipping Time

  Please allow 7-10 days to recieve your order . This includes the processing time of 2-3 days as stated above and the delivery time of 2-3 days once shipped, which all  packages are sent by method of USPS Priority Mail shipping.  In most cases some may recieve their orders sooner pending size and quantity of order but  7-10 days is given in case of any delays or a high volumn in orders.  

 

Delivery Confirmation Number

All orders are shipped  with a delivery confirmation number and an e-mail notification will be sent to the email address provided in the pay pal reciept of your purchase. E-mails notifications are not always recieved though, in some cases they are blocked as junk mail or returned back undeliverable so if you do not recieve an email notification of  your delivery confirmation number please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to track your package and give you any inforamtion needed on your order.

 

 International Orders

SORRY, I NO LONGER SHIP INTERNATIONAL . I will only ship to U.S. RESIDENTS, CANADA, APO OR MILITARY ADDRESSES ONLY!

 This was a decision made primarily because of customs issues due to the nature of my products, and many, many  lost or damaged packages. Over the past few years the amount of international packages that were lost or held up in customs was such a nightmare  it resulted in many unhappy and dissapointed customers . There was also my loss in profit in having to send replacements or refunds, though insured many were not covered. There for I no longer will accept  international orders to be placed.  My apologies.  

 

 Returns and Refunds 

I do not give refunds, exchanges or returns on bath and body products because I can not assure the sanitary conditions of these items once they've left my studio for shipping.  I do understand that it is hard to pick scents with out acually smelling them so I advise starting out with small perfume vials  and testing  the scents before making a bigger purchase .You can also email me for  further details with scent descriptions or help  with your scent choices .  In certain circumstances if there is damage to an order due to shipping or mishandling by the postal service, please notify me to set up arrangements for a replacement/or other options.
